Cloud Exercise: This helps to facilitate further release and healing
Be gentle with yourself: If you need to rest, rest. If you need to be around those you love and who bring you joy, do so. If you need to be alone, honor that.
Meditate: You must consciously process the energy that your body is choosing to highlight and release. The beliefs that are not serving you must be neutralized. The emotions you have been storing must be acknowledged and transmuted. Meditation helps you be present during this time to ensure you’re healing.
Stay Hydrated: Water helps your cell function and release the storage they have that are impairing their productivity. Everyone is different regarding the amount of water they need to be healthy so listen to your body cues. The recommendation is to drink 64 ounces of water each day (approximately two liters). Rest and “flush out what you no longer need)
Breathe: We process our emotions through our diaphragm. When energy comes up for release, we need to breathe consciously.
Move Your Body: Exercise moves your energy.
Surrender: Try to trust and surrender to the release of the symptoms you are experiencing. Remember that this is your body healing itself
Self-treatments: Perform Reiki on yourself everyday. Try to see this time yourself to treat yourself with love. Allow Reiki to help you process the changes.
Live in an attitude of gratitude: Your grateful mindset will draw more to be grateful for into your life
